The Client Process

Here’s what you can expect when working with us. We’ve outlined our process to ensure you have a complete understanding of each stage and the next steps. Please note that the timeframe between each step varies from project to project and will be agreed upon during the ‘Get to Know You’ call and within the project proposal stages.

Step 1: ‘Get to Know You’ Call

After you complete the enquiry form, we will contact you to arrange a quick ‘Get to Know You’ call. During this conversation, we will discuss your vision, the deliverables, the timeframe, and provide a quote for the project.

Step 2: Proposal

Following our call, we will send over a project proposal outlining the agreed-upon deliverables and the quote for your approval. Once you approve the proposal, you will receive the contract, which requires your signature and a 50% deposit. (We cannot progress without this.)

Step 3: Design Time

With the contract signed and the deposit received, we will begin the design process. We will create and present two design concepts that best fulfil your brief. This is your opportunity to select one of the two directions and highlight any revisions you may have.

Step 4: The Final Presentation

Once you have selected your preferred design, we will put together a comprehensive presentation based on your chosen design and any revisions provided. We will walk you through the entire design process to ensure you fully understand the thought process behind it. This is your final chance to request any minor revisions before we sign off on the project. (Please take your time with this, and provide feedback after careful consideration.)

Step 5: Signed, Sealed, Delivered

With your approval of the final design, we will send over the final invoice. Upon payment, we will deliver all the design files in a neatly organised, ready-to-use folder.
