Brand Concept - RIDE is a revolutionary national transport concept designed to streamline and simplify travel. It brings all your travel needs into one convenient platform. Whether booking a train ticket, storing your bus pass, or accessing your metro or underground tickets, RIDE has you covered.

No more shuffling through multiple tickets or queuing for collections. RIDE makes travel seamless. Simply book your journey through the RIDE app, and your RIDE card becomes your all-access pass. The card integrates with Apple/Google Wallet for digital convenience or is available as a physical card for those who prefer a tangible option.

Design Process - The RIDE logo draws inspiration from the iconic London Underground map, reflecting the interconnectedness of modern travel. The lines in the logo mimic tube lines, meeting at circular “stations” to symbolise unity and efficiency. The chosen colours are rooted in the visual language of Transport for London (TFL) Red for the Underground, Orange for the Overground and Blue for the iconic roundel and other TFL transport modes. Although inspired by TFL, RIDE’s ultimate goal is to provide a unified transport system for travel across the UK and internationally.

Final Touches - To complete the design, I framed the logo with a bold black border, ensuring high contrast when placed on white backgrounds. This framing enhances the logo’s clarity and makes it adaptable for both colour and monochrome applications. Furthermore, the design can be customised with city- or country-specific colours to align with local transportation branding, making RIDE a highly versatile solution for diverse markets.

RIDE is more than a transport concept; it’s a step toward a more connected and efficient travel experience. With a modern, recognisable logo and a platform that caters to all types of commuters, RIDE has the potential to redefine how we travel both domestically and globally.
